Step 1: After placing an order, mail one of your BMW OR Benz key to the following address, and be sure to include your name, address, e-mail address, VIN #, and order # to facilitate the process:

Step 2: We will duplicate your key and install the transponder (if available) into your new key.
Step 3: We will ship the original key and the new key back to you via USPS (Insured with delivery confirmation) the same day. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you need a faster shipping option you can choose Express Mail option.
